
The Do’s and Don’ts of Social Media
Last posts published to my blog (in Spanish) have been about the importance of developing a strategic plan whether your company or you have decided to venture and market a brand through online channels, specifically, on how to successfully get started, how to build and manage your identity (and conversation) in Social Media no matter what your purpose is (personal branding, networking, business, etc). To do so, some relevant steps should be followed to reach success and get the visibility and traffic expected. Do’s and Don’ts of Social Media
To complete my idea, I have found an interesting infographic that could summarize my words and help you easily identify what should be done or not before and afterwards. It especially contributes to highlight actitudes and communicative skills to keep in mind when interacting with your follower or customer.
